Just an appropriate option for a city escape in Concord with great value for money. The staff was great.

I chose Wingate for its convenient location near Hendrick Motorsports Complex, and was pleasantly surprised by the manager's reception offering beverages and small meals to guests.
Barking from a large dog disturbed my sleep.

we recently stayed at Wingate in a great location just minutes from the motor speedway. the hotel was very comfortable, very clean, and had very friendly staff. the room was a good size for us all when we were in the room. the breakfast was very good with a good variety of things to choose from. the decor is lovely and the front desk staff is very helpful.
Couldn't find any faults at all 😊

The location is great with lots of nearby options for dining and shopping.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows went flat instantly. The staff didn’t care about our complaints regarding the sink not draining well.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs. The rooms were modern, clean, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to both the Charlotte and Lowes Motor Speedways, as well as the Concord Mills Outlet Mall. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the on-site car park were also convenient amenities that we enjoyed.
The pillows in the room were not as comfortable as we would have liked, and could use an upgrade.

wingate was a nice and clean hotel - super close to everything. the staff gave great local tips and the guy at the front desk - terry - was amazing – fixed our tv and made our stay awesome. a bit noisy the first night - but overall a chill spot. would be happy to recommend.

I had an excellent stay at a pet-friendly hotel near PNC Music Pavilion. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was outstanding. The comfortable bed and nearby restaurants added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's care and concern for its guests became evident when they took action to address an issue with a guest's illegally parked car. I'd recommend this hotel.
